Refund/Returns Policy

I offer a full return and refund within 14 days for any reason. Please contact me in the first instance info@wireguild.com 

You need to return the item in original packaging by registered post and keep proof of postage.  Once received in original condition I will refund the full cost of the item.

Issues at a later date

I will replace/repair any item that has failed due to faulty workmanship or normal wear.
